At the helm is Executive Chef Guy Kairi. His approach to sushi isn't just about assembly; it's about discipline and respect for the ingredient. having spent years training directly under Japanese sushi masters, Chef Guy brings a level of technical precision and tradition rarely seen in the Kosher dining scene.

The other key to great sushi starts at the market. We leverage deep relationships with New York’s top seafood purveyors to source the highest grade fish available in the city—the same catch you’d find at Manhattan’s most exclusive omakase counters.

By operating exclusively for delivery and pickup, we’ve stripped away the overhead of a white-tablecloth dining room. This allows us to invest everything into what matters most: the quality of the fish on your plate. We believe you shouldn’t have to compromise on quality to keep kosher, and you shouldn’t have to pay a fortune to experience true craftsmanship.
